This guide explains how bookings work, what payment options are available, and when you\u2019ll receive funds.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>How Bookings Work<\/h2>\n    <ul class=\"payment-steps\">\n      <li><strong>1.<\/strong> A customer requests a quote using your vehicle profile.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>2.<\/strong> Our system generates an instant quote based on the pricing, availability, and rules set in your account.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>3.<\/strong> The customer selects your vehicle and pays a reservation fee to secure the booking.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>4.<\/strong> If you are connected to Stripe, this fee includes your deposit and is transferred automatically.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>5.<\/strong> If you are not using Stripe, the platform notifies the customer to pay your deposit directly after confirmation.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>6.<\/strong> The balance is settled either by Stripe (via your payment link) or directly with you based on your terms.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>Payment Options<\/h2>\n    <p>When a customer books, we collect a small reservation fee. The way this is handled depends on whether your account is connected to Stripe:<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"payment-type-boxes\">\n      <div class=\"payment-box\">\n        <h3>\u2714 Stripe-Connected Supplier<\/h3>\n        <p>When a customer books, we collect the reservation fee, which includes your deposit. This is automatically transferred to your bank via Stripe. For the final balance, you can use your Stripe account to send a payment link or request directly from the customer.<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li><strong>Reservation fee<\/strong> = platform fee + your deposit<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Balance<\/strong> is collected by you \u2014 the platform will send a payment reminder on your behalf containing a Stripe payment link and you advise of your other payment options<\/li>\n          <li>All funds go directly to your connected bank account \u2014 we do not handle customer money on your behalf<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"payment-box\">\n        <h3>\u2714 Direct-Pay Supplier<\/h3>\n        <p>If you\u2019re not using Stripe, we collect only the platform fee. Once the customer has booked, they are shown a prompt with your deposit instructions and are expected to pay you directly.<\/p>\n        <ul>\n          <li><strong>Reservation fee<\/strong> = platform fee only<\/li>\n          <li><strong>You collect<\/strong> the deposit and balance directly from the customer<\/li>\n          <li>We provide your payment instructions to the customer after booking<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>When Will I Be Paid?<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li><strong>Stripe-connected:<\/strong> Your deposit is paid out shortly after booking via Stripe. You remain responsible for collecting the final balance (typically 28 days before the wedding) using Stripe or your preferred method.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Direct-pay:<\/strong> You agree your own terms with the customer. We recommend collecting a deposit on confirmation and the balance no later than 14 days before the wedding.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>Platform Fees<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>There are <strong>no platform fees<\/strong> for vehicle owners.<\/li>\n      <li>We charge a <strong>small reservation fee<\/strong> to the customer to cover our service and support.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>What If I Don\u2019t Want to Use Stripe?<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      No problem \u2014 Stripe is optional. If you don\u2019t use it, we\u2019ll only charge the customer a platform fee, and you\u2019ll collect the rest directly.
